Pearls

A pearl necklace was not on my list, but the one made in collaboration between Gemma and Aida Impact was too beautiful to pass. It’s the perfect thing to wear with a chunky sweater that I find myself gravitating towards every morning this time of the year.

Gemma combines a lifestyle media with a seasonal online store. The online content is built around a changing theme that Gemma’s print publications and the little online shop echo beautifully.

Aida Impact, in turn, is a jewelry house with a mission. The company employs women who have been forced to leave their home countries and start over in Finland.

Besides making it easy for us to support a good cause, Aida creates some yammy jewelry. The only thing that stopped me from buying more is that my ears are not pearced.
