Dustin O’Halloran became my trusty writing music last summer. I was commissioned to write empowering notes for a book that dealt with divorce. It was a very hot summer and I found no other way to get something done but to start early and be done by lunch.
So morning after morning I would wake up with the sun to make coffee, find my writing spot under a tree outdoors, and distant myself with earphones. The harmony of the piano music – peaceful, rich, light – instantly put me in a clear place to start the day’s work.
